Hum 7 din ke andar aapka account aur personal data (naam, email, phone, address) delete kar denge. Order/invoice records kanoon ke tahat 8 saal tak rakhe ja sakte hain.

We will permanently delete your user profile and personal data within 7 business days.
How We Handle Your Deletion Request:

Data That Will Be Deleted:
Your full name, email address, mobile number, login credentials, wishlist, and saved delivery addresses will be permanently removed from our active databases.

Deletion requests are verified and processed within 7 calendar days. You will receive confirmation via email or WhatsApp once completed.

Legal & Financial Data Retention:
Past completed purchase orders, invoices, and GST tax billing records may be retained for up to 8 years as mandatory under Indian statutory financial and tax regulations (GST Act & Income Tax Act).
